[email protected]Ola Ø Nisja is the head of the Wikborg Rein’s construction and contract law practice. Nisja specialises in complex contractual disputes, inter alia, offshore construction, industry plants, infrastructure and other forms of land-based construction. Nisja has a background from the Office of the Attorney General – Civil Affairs and is a published and much-referred to author within arbitration. He is Norway’s representative in the International Chamber of Commerce Court, and is a member of the board of the Arbitration and Dispute Resolution institute of the Oslo Chamber of Commerce. Nisja is ranked as one of the top 10 dispute resolution lawyers in Norway, and has for four consecutive years been ranked as the most up-and-coming lawyer within the same category. He also regularly sits as arbitrator.
