Nuno Ferreira Lousa is a Partner in Lisbon. He heads the Dispute Resolution department and is a member of Linklaters’ international arbitration group.Relevant experience in corporate and financial matters, regularly acting in domestic and international arbitrations in these fields.litigation and regulatory investigation work. He has extensive experience in corporate compliance matters, having participated in several cases of internal investigations for fraud and corruption. Nuno has also been involved in several appeals against decisions of the Portuguese Competition Authority on cartels.Nuno is the Chairman of the Corporate Responsibility and Anti-Corruption Commission at ICC Portugal and member of the board of the Portuguese Arbitration Association, while integrating the list of arbitrators of the Arbitration Centre of the Lisbon Commercial Association, the British Virgin Islands International Arbitration Centre, the Spanish-Portuguese Chamber of Commerce, the Sports Arbitral Tribunal, the Oporto Commercial Arbitration Institute and Concordia. Visiting Associate Professor of Post-Graduate Studies in Arbitration at the Faculty of Law of NOVA University of Lisbon since 2008 and regularly speaks in arbitration conferences organised by national and international arbitration institutions. Regular contributor to international publications, having published several articles in arbitration matters notably related to Lusophone Africa.
