Ning Fei

Mr Ning Fei is an executive partner at Hui Zhong Law Firm and currently practices in the Beijing office. He specialises in commercial arbitration and litigation. Mr Fei has represented Chinese and foreign clients in over a hundred arbitration and litigation commercial cases before Chinese and international arbitral tribunals, as well as PRC courts at various levels up to the Supreme People’s Court. He also has experience before the HKIAC, SIAC, Arbitration Institute of SCC and LCIA as arbitrator and counsel.Since 2007, Mr Fei has been ranked as one of the top litigators in the PRC by Chambers Asia each year. He is described as ‘a seasoned litigator and is admired for his high standard of professionalism. He excels in providing efficient, sensible commercial advice’. Mr Fei is the first mainland practitioner serving as a council member of HKIAC, a member of CIETAC Panel of Arbitrators and a member of ICCA. He is a frequent speaker in international conferences and seminars.
