Nick Elms is an associate director in Frontier’s energy practice. Since joining Frontier in 2002, he has advised policymakers, regulators and industry on economic regulation, energy markets and energy policy in the UK and continental Europe. Nick frequently advises clients on dispute and arbitration cases in the energy sector, covering issues related to regulatory behaviour, support for renewable generation, delayed power plant commissioning, excessive gas pricing, gas price reviews, and long-term gas and power supply agreements.
