Natalia Giraldo-Carrillo is a foreign attorney in APKS’s International Arbitration practice. Ms Giraldo-Carillo’s practice focuses her practice on matters in Latin America. Before she joined the firm, Ms Giraldo-Carrillo was a foreign associate at a major international law firm, where she acted as counsel for claimants and respondents in the course of investment and commercial arbitration proceedings under the auspices of the ICSID, UNCITRAL and ICC rules.
Ms Giraldo-Carrillo is a 2010 graduate of New York University School of Law, where she received her LLM in International Legal Studies. She served a Graduate Editor of the Journal of International Law and Politics for the academic year 2009–2010. Ms Giraldo-Carrillo received her LLM in French, European and International Business Law from Universite Paris II-Institut de Droit Compare in 2007 and her law degree from Pontifica Universidad Javeriana in 2004.
