Nastasja Suhadolnik

Partner, Corrs Chambers Westgarth

Nastasja Suhadolnik is a partner and the head of arbitration at Corrs Chambers Westgarth, specialising in domestic and international commercial arbitration, investor–state dispute settlement and public international law.

Nastasja has experience in advising and representing both private and sovereign entities in dispute resolution proceedings conducted under an array of arbitration rules, primarily across the construction, renewable energy and natural resources sectors. Nastasja also has specific expertise in public international law and responsible business practices advisory work. She advises governments, inter-governmental and non-governmental organisations and corporate entities on the interpretation of, and compliance with, obligations arising under international law instruments and customary international law.

Nastasja previously practised at Three Crowns in Paris, France and as a legal officer at the United Nations Office of Legal Affairs in New York, United States. She was also research and teaching assistant to international law scholar and former president of the American Society of International Law, Professor José Enrique Alvarez.

Nastasja holds LLM degrees from the London School of Economics and the New York University School of Law, and is admitted to practise in New York and Australia.
