Mustafa has been practising law since 1994 and is qualified as solicitor by the Bombay Incorporated Law Society in 1996. He has more than 20 years of experience in the areas of commercial law, dispute resolution, IPR and real estate.Over the years, Mustafa has worked on matters in the areas of banking, debt recovery, intellectual property, M&A, and media and entertainment, and has also conducted domestic arbitrations relating to commercial matters. He is admitted as a fellow of the Singapore Institute of Arbitrators. His memberships include the International Bar Association, Inter-Pacific Bar Association and the London Court of Arbitration.
