Muhammad Mohsin Naseer is a lawyer in the arbitration department. He specialises in dispute resolution, focusing on real estate and construction matters. He regularly advises and represents clients in disputes arising out of their contractual relationships, particularly under FIDIC or other project development and construction contracts.

To date, Muhammad has acted as lead counsel in more than 75 arbitration cases before the International Court of Arbitration, the International Islamic Centre for Reconciliation and Arbitration, the Dubai International Arbitration Centre (DIAC), the Abu Dhabi Commercial Conciliation and Arbitration Centre, and the Dubai International Financial Centre – London Court of Arbitration Centre. Muhammad is listed in the DIAC40 – Young Practitioners Group with Dubai International Arbitration Centre. He is proficient in handling arbitration proceedings both in institutional and ad hoc arbitration. He has been appointed to act as administrative secretary for arbitral tribunals in several arbitration cases.

Muhammad is a qualified arbitrator, registered with the DIAC. He holds an LLM from the University of Glamorgan and a bachelor of laws degree from the University of the Punjab. He is a member of the Punjab Bar Council, a registered legal consultant with the Government of Dubai Legal Affairs Department and a registered wills draftsman with the Dubai International Financial Centre.
