Mohit’s arbitration practice encompasses representation in several international and domestic arbitration proceedings – including under SIAC, ICC, LCIA, AAA and MCIA rules – in commercial disputes relating to construction, power projects, corporate matters, hospitality, and military and defence procurement. He has advised on investment disputes under bilateral investment treaties involving India, Libya, Mauritius, Singapore and Bangladesh. Under his white-collar crimes practice, Mohit has represented clients in high-profile and sensitive investigations and trials relating to anti-corruption, anti-bribery and anti-money laundering.
