Miloš Olík is a partner and the head of Rowan Legal's dispute resolution practice.He has represented clients in numerous arbitration proceedings under various rules, eg, the rules of the International Chamber of Commerce in Paris (ICC), the International Centre for Settlement of Investment Disputes (ICSID), the Swedish Chamber of Commerce (SCC), the Arbitration Court Attached to the Economic Chamber of the Czech Republic, the Agricultural Chamber of the Czech Republic, the Arbitration Court of the Slovak Chamber of Commerce and Industry and, under ad hoc rules, including the Rules of the United Nations Commission on International Trade Law (UNCITRAL).Miloš Olík is an arbitrator in the Arbitration Court Attached to the Economic Chamber and the Agricultural Chamber of the Czech Republic for .cz domain disputes.He is a member of the International Bar Association (IBA), a member of the Young Austrian Arbitration Practitioners (YAAP), the SCC association Young Arbitrators Stockholm (YAS), the ICC Young Arbitrators' Forum (YAF) and the Czech Society of International Law (CSMP-CSIL). Miloš Olík is the co-author of the ICCA Handbook on Commercial Arbitration - National Report Czech Republic (Wolters Kluwer, 2010).He joined Rowan Legal in 2004.
