Michaela Croft is an associate in Jenner & Block’s litigation department. Ms Croft’s practice covers both international arbitration and commercial litigation, in which she has experience of dealing with a broad range of commercial disputes across a number of industry sectors. Ms Croft has particular experience of contractual disputes in the mining and natural resources sectors, as well as financial, corporate and competition disputes. She has experience of acting for clients in cross-border disputes under a number of arbitral rules, including UNCITRAL, LCIA and ICC, and more specialist bodies, such as the London Metal Exchange and the Competition Appeal Tribunal. Prior to joining Jenner & Block, Ms Croft worked in the London and Bangkok offices of an international firm as part of its dispute resolution group on matters in the United Kingdom, Asia and Africa.
