Meteb has significant extensive experience in relation to Saudi laws and regulations, in particular, CMA Laws and Regulations, Saudi Stock Exchange Rules, Saudi company law, Saudi foreign investment law, labour law and litigation law. He represented international and local clients in complicated Arbitration disputes also many commercial disputes in addition to advising clients on construction-related disputes which in claims over 6 billion Saudi riyals Prior to joining to Al Tamimi & Company Meteb was a legal director, and the board secretary at the Small and Medium Enterprises Authority reporting to the SMEA Governor and the Minister of Commerce and Investment as the Chairman of the SMEA. Meteb represented the SMEA before all government bodies and discuss all regularity matters to implement the SMEA tasks to simplify the Saudi laws and regulations, he also represented the SMEA before the Bureau of Experts at the Council of Ministers to discuss all related regulations that might affect SMEs and to propose amendments. Meteb was also the senior legal consultant at the Saudi Stock Exchange where he was involved in many tasks and projects including the drafting of the depositary Centre Rules and represented the Saudi Exchange in courts. Meteb was also a legal consultant with DLA Piper where he represented multiple international clients in courts and was involved in legal due diligence in IPO and M&A transactions.
