Lindsay is a senior associate in the Melbourne office specialising in construction disputes. He has experience in litigation, including in the Federal Court of Australia and Supreme Court of Victoria, and in both international and domestic arbitration. Recently he has acted on two large-scale ($1 billion plus) arbitrations in the LNG and mining industries (one a domestic arbitration and the other an international arbitration). Lindsay has also acted for a range of key clients, including state and federal governments, listed and private companies and foreign entities. He has completed a Masters of Construction Law at the University of Melbourne.
