Leonardo Florencio specialises in valuation engagements for disputes, M&A, investments, tax and accounting purposes. His experience includes providing valuation and damages expert advisory services to clients and arbitration tribunals in commercial and investment disputes in Latin America. Leonardo has also advised clients on restructuring projects representing both creditors and companies, as well as provided buy-side and sell-side M&A advisory to Brazilian and international clients. Prior to joining FTI Consulting, Leonardo was a director in corporate finance at PricewaterhouseCoopers in São Paulo and a consultant at Stern & Stewart. He also was the chief financial officer of a medicine distributor and an analyst at the Central Bank of Brazil.
