Leilah Bruton is counsel in the international arbitration practice and is based in London, having previously spent time in the Paris and Amsterdam offices.Leilah has represented clients in numerous investor-state and commercial arbitration matters and specialises in disputes in the oil and gas sector.She handles a broad spectrum of disputes, many involving States and/or State-owned oil companies, encompassing construction, environmental, handover and cost recovery claims, claims under a gas price review clause, and tax disputes. Leilah was recognised in Who’s Who Legal 2018 and 2019 as a Future Leader in Arbitration.Leilah received her law degree from the University of Cambridge.
