Kukuh Dwi Herlangga
Kukuh is an associate of our firm, engaged in the firm’s dispute resolution practice. His practice area includes both domestic and international arbitration. He has particular experience on cases involving insurance/reinsurance and construction industries.
His experience extends to arbitral proceedings under various rules, including UNCITRAL Arbitration Rules, Singapore International Arbitration Centre Rules (SIAC), Stockholm Chamber of Commerce Rules (SCC), Asian International Arbitration Centre Rules (AIAC), the Indonesian Alternative Dispute Resolution for Financial Service Sector (LAPS SJK), and the Indonesia National Board of Arbitration Rules (BANI). In addition to arbitration, Kukuh has notable experience in litigation, handling both commercial and criminal cases across a wide range of practice areas.
