Ksenia Koriukalova

Ksenia Koriukalova is a senior associate at Aequo. Her main areas of practice are international arbitration and litigation.

Her professional experience includes work on commercial and investment arbitration cases under the rules of various arbitral institutions, including the ICC International Court of Arbitration, ICSID, SCC and the International Commercial Arbitration Court at the Ukrainian Chamber of Commerce and Industry, as well as under the UNCITRAL arbitration rules. Ksenia has also represented clients in complex litigations before Ukrainian courts, including the Supreme Court.

The projects Ksenia has worked on cover several industries, including energy and natural resources, infrastructure and transportation, financial institutions and insurance, agribusiness, real estate and construction. Ksenia holds degrees in international arbitration and dispute resolution.
