Kristen Bromberek focuses her practice on complex commercial litigation and international arbitration, representing clients in a variety of industries, including technology, telecommunications, financial services, and healthcare. She has represented clients in international arbitrations seated in the United States, Europe and Asia under the rules of various arbitral institutions.

Kristen has litigated in federal and state courts throughout the country. She regularly defends clients in putative class actions and other high-stakes commercial disputes. Kristen also has experience in disputes involving intellectual property, F/RAND obligations, and complex valuation matters.
