Kim Rosenberg, counsel, is a major projects lawyer with over 15 years’ experience advising stakeholders on all engineering and construction stages of the project cycle. She has supplemented this experience by completing a masters in construction law at the University of Melbourne in Australia. From an industry perspective, Kim was chair of the committee that reviewed and drafted the second edition of the Society of Construction Law’s Delay and Disruption Protocol. She is a board member of the International Construction Law Association and a committee member of the Society of Construction Law (Gulf). Kim is a solicitor advocate (higher rights, civil) and a member of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators. She is a qualified lawyer in England and Wales and Australia. She is also a foreign registered lawyer in Dubai and Singapore.
