Justine Ferland is a legal case manager in the IP Disputes Section at the WIPO Arbitration and Mediation Center. She is a Canadian lawyer holding an LLB. from the University of Montreal and a master’s degree in international law from the University of Geneva. Before joining WIPO in 2021, Justine practised as a civil and commercial litigation attorney at Fasken, Montreal and as a researcher in art law and intellectual property law at the University of Geneva. Justine is a national of Canada.
