Jun Sang Lee is a partner of Yoon & Yang LLC and co-head of its international arbitration and litigation practice group. Prior to joining private practice, Mr Lee served as a judge in Korea for 19 years in various courts, including the district courts, the appellate courts and the Constitutional Court of Korea. In private practice, he has been heavily involved in international arbitration cases in international arbitration institutions such as the ICC, SIAC, HKIAC, AAA and KCAB. Mr Lee regularly participates in international arbitration events as a speaker or a panelist and has assisted in revising the Arbitration Act of Korea and the Arbitration Rules of the KCAB. Mr Lee received his legal education at Seoul National University College of Law (LLB, 1989) and the University of California, Berkeley (visiting scholar, 2003–2004).
