Julien is the Secretary General of the International Academy for Arbitration Law and the Editor-in-Chief of the ICC Dispute Resolution Bulletin. He is a former counsel at the Secretariat of the International Court of Arbitration of the ICC.
Julien has a wealth of experience in arbitration proceedings having served as counsel or arbitrator notably under the rules of the ICC, ICSID, UNCITRAL, DIAC, CAS/TAS, SCC, PCA, LCIA, CRCICA, CEPANI, DIA and CMAP.
