Juan Pablo’s practice has been mainly focused on litigation and arbitration proceedings related to the banking, real estate, food and beverages, security technology and waste management industries. Juan Pablo has been actively involved in complex matters before local and federal courts, as well as International Chambers of Commerce, the London Court of International Arbitration, Commission of the Mexico City National Chamber of Commerce and Market Arbitration Chamber arbitrations and judicial proceedings arising therefrom.
Juan Pablo graduated summa cum laude from the Mexico Autonomous Institute of Technology (Instituto Tecnológico Autónomo de México).
