Jonathan K Chang is counsel in Davis Polk’s litigation department and is resident in Hong Kong. Mr Chang is a co-leader of the firm’s international arbitration practice and regularly advises clients in the drafting of arbitration clauses, negotiations prior to commencement of formal proceedings and arbitral proceedings.
He regularly represents clients in litigation arising from arbitrations, US securities class actions and other complex commercial disputes. He also represents clients on a broad range of white-collar matters and internal investigations. He has deep experience in US trial and appellate courts, allowing him to provide a unique on-the-ground perspective to clients in Asia.
Mr Chang has won multiple awards for his pro bono work and leads Davis Polk’s pro bono programme in Hong Kong.
