John Doyle

John Doyle is a partner in the dispute resolution department of Dillon Eustace which has significant expertise in the area of commercial litigation, arbitration and mediation in relation to a wide variety of matters, including contractual disputes, competition issues, financial services law and general corporate law. The department also acts for multinational corporates, financial services organisations, banks and investment management houses in relation to disputes concerning investment products, structured products, mutual funds, guarantees and indemnities and insider dealing. John has been with the firm since 1992 and became a partner in 1997. He focuses on employment law where he acts for many local and international corporate firms and financial institutions in relation to employment contracts, employment issues arising in mergers and acquisitions, unfair dismissals, labour law regulation, industrial relations and dispute resolution. John is a CEDR-accredited mediator and is a regular participant and adviser in respect of commercial mediations. He is a member of the International Bar Association, the European Employment Lawyers Association and he is a council member of the Irish Commercial Mediation Association.
