Joe-han has a busy commercial practice focusing on a range of commercial matters involving both litigation and arbitration, including construction, insolvency and civil fraud. Before transferring to the English Bar, Joe-han qualified and practised as a solicitor at Cleary Gottlieb Steen & Hamilton LLP. He holds law degrees from Durham University, Harvard Law School and the University of Oxford. He is a Jarman Scholar of the Inner Temple and also speaks Mandarin Chinese.
