Managing associate integrated in the litigation and arbitration practice group. Her main areas of practice are civil and commercial litigation and arbitration, both national and international. Joana has also experience in insolvency and restructuring. She has a law degree and a Post-Graduation in Arbitration from the Nova University of Lisbon, Faculty of Law and a LLM in International Business Law from King's College London.
