Jean-Fabrice Brun is a partner at CMS Paris and a member of CMS’ international arbitration practice group. He co-directs Paris’ litigation and arbitration department and heads the Paris arbitration practice. He has extensive experience in dispute resolution, including in international arbitration with a focus on French-speaking Northern and sub-Saharan Africa. He practices both commercial and criminal law in many different sectors, including M&A, banking and finance, insurance, distribution and manufacturing. He also assists clients in matters related to international investment and to international sanctions.
In addition to his work as counsel, Jean-Fabrice Brun is the author of numerous articles on dispute resolution. He holds a master’s degree in law from Panthéon-Assas University and an MBA from Essec Business School.
