Hyunah Park is a partner in the international dispute resolution team at the firm. Her practice is mainly focused on international arbitration and cross-border litigation. She has expanded her expertise in insurance law and dealt with many insurance-related disputes, and also specialises in the enforcement of arbitral awards and foreign judgment before the Korean court. Ms Park has dealt with numerous international commercial arbitration cases under major arbitral institutions, including KCAB, ICC, LCIA, SIAC, AAA/ICDR, VIAC and ad hoc arbitration. She is also involved in an investor-state dispute arbitration case under the UNCITRAL rules. She holds an LLM from University College London.
