Hae Duk Jung

Hae Duk Jung is a partner and co-chair of the international dispute resolution practice group at Yoon & Yang LLC. Mr Jung is an arbitrator to the Korean Commercial Arbitration Board and a member of the ICC Korea International Arbitration Committee. Prior to joining the Yoon & Yang LLC, Mr Jung was a representative partner at Kim Shin & Yu. Mr Jung has been appointed as an arbitrator in many arbitrations and has written numerous articles on arbitrations.Mr Jung received his legal education at Seoul National University College of Law (LLB, 1980), the Judicial Research and Training Institute (1983), the University of Hawaii (Visiting Scholar, 1991), the University of Wales Cardiff Law School, Postgraduate Courses for Legal Aspets of Maritime Affairs (LLM, 1994) and Kyung-Hee University, Doctoral Courses for Commercial Law (PhD, 2000). He is a member of the Korean Bar Association (1983) and the Hawaii Bar Association (FLC only, 1992). He is fluent in Korean and English.
