Gustavo Santos Kulesza is an associate in the Litigation and Arbitration practice area. He has extensive experience with commercial arbitration both domestic and international. He has represented clients in arbitrations involving corporate, infrastructure and contract issues before all the major Brazilian arbitral institutions, including CAM/CCBC, FIESP/CIESP, CAMARB and FGV. He holds a master’s degree in international law from the University of São Paulo.
