Mr Palomar is a junior associate at the litigation and arbitration department of Cuatrecasas in Madrid, specialising in international commercial and investment arbitration and Spanish litigation disputes. He holds a double degree in Law and Economics from Universidad Pompeu Fabra, having studied at the University of New South Whales and the University of Maastricht. He has a master’s in law practice from the Universidad Carlos III de Madrid. He has also participated twice in the Philip C. Jessup International Law Moot Court Competition with the Universidad Pompeu Fabra and Universidad Carlos III de Madrid teams, as well as acted as arbitrator at the Jessup and the Madrid Vis Pre-Moot.
