Gabriele Ruscalla is a senior associate in the international arbitration and dispute resolution practice at Liedekerke Wolters Waelbroeck Kirkpatrick. Through various positions as a lawyer, researcher and lecturer, Gabriele has developed a specific expertise in international arbitration and international law. He assists on matters involving corporate clients, states and state-owned entities in both international commercial and investment arbitrations in the construction, energy and general commercial fields. Thanks to his experience, Gabriele has acquired extensive knowledge of the major arbitration rules, including the ICSID, UNCITRAL, ICC and LCIA Rules.

Before joining Liedekerke, Gabriele was counsel of the Italian-Swiss team at the International Court of Arbitration of the International Chamber of Commerce.

Gabriele is an adjunct professor of business and human rights at IE Law School (Madrid), and a permanent lecturer in international arbitration at HEAD Law School (Paris) and the Catholic University of Lille (Paris Campus). He regularly publishes articles and notes on international arbitration-related subjects.
