[email protected]Frederico de Távora Pedro joined Morais Leitão in 2019 and has experience in supporting the establishment of Angolan and international companies in the Angolan market and assisting them in many day-to-day issues in the fi elds of corporate law and regulation, as well as arbitration and other dispute resolution mechanisms. He also provides legal assistance on acquisitions and sales of shareholdings, joint venture contracts, private investment matters, infrastructures, energy, among others.
Frederico is also a consultant for ALC Advogados since 2019.
