He has acted in a number of high-profile international arbitrations concerning major infrastructure projects under most of the major international institutional rules, including UNCITRAL, the International Chamber of Commerce, the Singapore International Arbitration Centre and the Kuala Lumpur Regional Centre for Arbitration.

Frank is consistently recognised and acknowledged for his expertise in leading legal directories, including Chambers Asia Pacific and Asia Pacific Legal 500.
