Frank has acted in a broad range of disputes both locally and internationally, and is experienced in all forms of dispute resolution including litigation, arbitration, expert determination and mediation (in advising both at the contract drafting stage and at the dispute stage). He has acted in a number of highprofile international arbitrations concerning major infrastructure projects under most of the major international institutional rules, including UNCITRAL, the International Chamber of Commerce, the Singapore International Arbitration Centre and the Kuala Lumpur Regional Centre for Arbitration.

Frank is consistently recognised and acknowledged for his expertise in leading legal directories, including Chambers Asia-Pacific and The Legal 500: Asia Pacific.
