Francisco A Amallo is a founding partner of MHR | Martínez de Hoz & Rueda, one of the leading law firms in Argentina. He specialises in international dispute settlement and international business law, with experience in foreign investment, oil and gas, construction, international sale and transport of goods, sports, and general corporate and commercial transactions. He has represented clients in international arbitrations under different rules, in complex litigations, and in corporate and commercial transactions concerning different industries.

He is listed as arbitrator in a number of arbitral institutions and is a member of the Fédération Internationale de Volleyball’s FIVB Tribunal and of the International Basketball Federation FIBA Appeals Panel. He is a professor of international arbitration and private international law in both graduate and postgraduate courses at the Catholic University of Argentina. He was a member of the executive board and global advisory board of the International Centre for Dispute Resolution Young and International.
