He has co-authored expert reports for arbitrations in ICSID and has experience in advising on matters before UNCITRAL, ICC, LCIA, SCC, the Spanish High National Court and the High Court of Justice, Business and Property Courts of England and Wales.
He has worked on valuation, pricing and regulatory matters for a wide range of industries, such as gas and oil projects, power plants and renewable energies, district heating, banking and transport. He has experience in performing complicated financial modelling and providing advice on regulatory issues. He holds a PhD in engineering from Comillas Pontifical University (ICAI). His work has appeared in scientific journals. including Applied Energy and Energy.
