Fernando Aued

Fernando Aued has been a senior associate of Arias, Fábrega & Fábrega since 2008.Mr Aued is part of the firm’s litigation and arbitration practice, and his work focuses on cross-border litigation, international arbitration and the representation of international clients in local disputes.In recent years, Mr Aued has had an active role in many of the firm’s cross-border ligation cases and regularly works with foreign counsel on issues of Panamanian law in civil and commercial international litigation and international commercial arbitration.Mr Aued has a Masters in Commercial Law from the University of Aix-Marseille III (today the Paul Cézanne University) and a Bachelor of Laws from the University of Santa Maria La Antigua, Panama.
