Esther Romay focuses her practice on international commercial arbitration, civil and commercial litigation and dispute resolution funding. Esther has experience in arbitrations under various institutions (ICC, ICDR, FINRA, etc.) involving disputes in connection with different industries. She is admitted to practise in New York and Spain and has litigated in those jurisdictions. In 2020, she obtained an LLM with honours from Columbia Law School, where she specialised in transnational litigation, and commercial and investment arbitration, with a special emphasis on dispute resolution in Latin America. Esther is fluent in Spanish, English and French.
