Elena Kolomiets is a senior associate at BGP Litigation. She specialises in international arbitration, litigation of commercial disputes, legal support of bankruptcy procedures, and of complex projects that involve litigation in various jurisdictions. Elena has experience of conducting international arbitrations under the rules of the Swiss Chambers’ Arbitration Institution, the London Court of International Arbitration, the International Chamber of Commerce and the International Commercial Arbitration Court at the Russian Chamber of Commerce and Industry. Elena has also provided legal support in the search for assets in different jurisdictions for levying execution on the same for the benefit of clients.
