Don Jeon is a foreign attorney in the firm’s International Arbitration & Cross Border Litigation and Engineering & Construction Disputes Practices.
Mr Jeon joined Kim & Chang from Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer LLP’s Dubai office from which he brings a wealth of experience in many high-profile arbitration and cross-border disputes with a particular focus on infrastructure, power, water, upstream and downstream energy, complex processing plants, hospitality and mixed purpose commercial developments construction and energy disputes, serving as counsel in ICC, LCIA, NAI, KCAB and AIAC cases, including a US$1.2 billion independent water and power plant case arising out of Bahrain, a US$500 million mixed-purpose development dispute arising out of Qatar, a US$400 million major resort development in Abu Dhabi and a US$2 billion major airport dispute in Dubai.
Mr Jeon received a JD from Vanderbilt University Law School and his BA from Yale University. He is admitted to the New York and New Jersey Bars.
