Demet Kaşarcıoğlu graduated from Marmara University, Faculty of Law in 2009 and admitted to the Istanbul Bar Association in 2010, she then completed her LL.M degree in International Commercial Law at Newcastle University in England in 2011. Demet is a member of the London International Arbitration Court Young International Arbitration Group, the International Chamber of Commerce Young Arbitrators Forum, Young ISTAC (Istanbul Arbitration Center) and ASA Young Arbitration Practitioners Group.

Demet focuses her practice on the resolution of commercial disputes in the areas of M&A transactions and resolution of commercial disputes arising from such transactions through arbitration. Additionally, Demet represents clients before arbitral tribunals and before all levels of domestic courts, including the recognition and enforcement of arbitral awards.
