David is a senior director in the economic and financial consulting practice, and is based in London. David specialises in the valuation of businesses, shares and intangible assets, and in the quantification of complex damages, such as those arising from contractual, shareholder, joint venture, post-acquisition and intellectual property disputes. David advises on valuation, damages and intellectual property matters in contentious and non-contentious contexts, and has over 15 years’ experience. Prior to joining FTI Consulting, David was a senior manager at LECG and, before that, an executive in Ernst & Young’s London corporate finance practice.
