Daniel Salinas-Serrano is a member of the firm's international arbitration and litigations practices, and is a trial lawyer and arbitration advocate with over a decade of experience successfully representing clients in complex investment treaty and commercial international arbitrations, complex commercial litigations, complex restructurings and class actions. He represents clients in international disputes all around the world, including in Latin America, Europe, the Middle East, Asia and Africa. He has particularly deep experience in investor–state arbitrations, including those administered by the International Centre for Settlement of Investment Disputes. He also has handled arbitrations administered under the UNICTRAL rules, the International Court of Arbitration of the International Chamber of Commerce and the International Centre for Dispute Resolution. Mr Salinas also has experience in complex restructuring and in criminal matters before US Federal Courts, including cases involving federal conspiracy and bribery statutes.
