Daniel Froesch possesses many years of experience with proceedings under the rules of the German Arbitration Institute, the International Chamber of Commerce, the Singapore International Arbitration Centre and the London Court of International Arbitration, in addition to other arbitration rules.

Daniel Froesch studied law at the University of Trier and Lancaster (UK). Daniel is a member of the German Bar Association, the German Institution of Arbitration, the International Bar Association, the American Bar Association and the German-American Lawyers’ Association. He is an officer of the IBA Negligence and Damages Committee.
