Daniel Froesch is a partner at the Frankfurt office of Heuking Kühn Lüer Wojtek and a member of the firm’s dispute resolutions practice group. He has experience with proceedings conducted under all major arbitration rules across a wide variety of industries and jurisdictions.
Daniel Froesch is listed in relevant directories as a German arbitration specialist. His main focus is on representing clients, but he also frequently acts as arbitrator. In addition, he advises and represents clients in other forms of dispute resolution proceedings.
After working for seven years in a leading international law firm, Daniel Froesch joined Heuking Kühn Lüer Wojtek in 2009.
Daniel Froesch deals with dispute avoidance strategies and all aspects of dispute resolution, be it in arbitration procedures or in litigation in state courts. Daniel Froesch represents clients in particular in corporate, post-M&A and infrastructure project disputes. He has further special experience in the areas of directors and officers liability and professional liability issues. Daniel Froesch possesses many years of experience with proceedings under the rules of the German Arbitration Institute, the International Chamber of Commerce, the Singapore International Arbitration Centre and the London Court of International Arbitration, in addition to other arbitration rules.
Daniel Froesch studied law at the University of Trier and Lancaster (UK). Daniel is a member of the German Bar Association, the German Institution of Arbitration, the International Bar Association, the American Bar Association and the German-American Lawyers’ Association. He is an officer of the IBA Negligence and Damages Committee.
