Ms Dang Vu Minh Ha is an associate of Dzungsrt & Associates LLC. She focuses mainly on commercial arbitration and mediation. Ms Ha obtained her first law degree from Diplomatic Academy of Vietnam (DAV) and was ranked among the top 10 graduates in her class. She got her LLM in International Commercial Law at School of Law, University of Leicester, United Kingdom. Specialising in International Commercial Law, Ms Ha is involved in drafting legal advice and preparing submissions in both Vietnamese and English and has assisted clients in court and arbitration. She also has experience in handling cargo claims, maritime incidents and charterparties.Ms Ha is co-authored a number of publications on arbitration such as the Vietnam chapter in the IBA Country Guideline, Young Arbitration Review. She also assists Mr Nguyen Manh Dzung in commenting on the draft Decree on Commercial Mediation and the Bill of the 2015 Civil Procedure Code of Vietnam.
