Mr Sung has also advised on various investigations initiated by the Hong Kong Competition Commission and the Office of the Privacy Commissioner. These clients include social media companies, financial institutions, manufacturers and other international conglomerates. Mr Sung attained his LLB degree and PCLL from the University of Hong Kong.
