Christophe Seraglini is a partner in the international arbitration group of Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer in Paris. He is a French-qualified lawyer and professor of law.

Christophe is the author of a leading arbitration textbook in France (Droit de l’arbitrage interne et international, co-authored with Jérôme Ortscheidt).

Christophe has extensive experience as counsel and as an arbitrator in complex and sensitive cases, particularly in the energy, industrial, telecommunications and technology sectors. He also has experience in handling international investment disputes, in the role of both counsel and arbitrator.

As a law professor, Christophe teaches arbitration, private international law and international contract law in several universities, including the University of Paris-Saclay and Sciences Po Paris. He is also the director of the LLM in domestic and international contract law at Paris Sud – University of Paris-Saclay.

Christophe is fluent in French and English.
