[email protected]Charles William Allen is a solicitor advocate and dispute resolution lawyer with close to 30 years of experience of practice in Hong Kong. He advises on a wide range of commercial disputes, and represents clients in both court and arbitration proceedings in and around the Asia-Pacific region. He also sits as an arbitrator in commercial matters.
Charles has been named as Commercial Litigation Lawyer of the Year in Hong Kong in Global Law Experts’ 2023 awards. In addition, he was ranked as a Super 50 Disputes Lawyer by Asian Legal Business (2022); a Litigation Star for commercial transactions and international arbitration in Benchmark Litigation Asia-Pacific & China (2022); and a Global Leader for commercial litigation and a National Leader in mainland China and Hong Kong by Who’s Who Legal (2021).
