Bruno Hardy is a senior attorney in Liedekerke’s international arbitration and dispute resolution practice. He acts as counsel in international arbitrations, primarily in engineering and construction, energy, post-M&A/corporate and distribution disputes. He has represented clients in international arbitrations subject to the laws of England and Wales, Switzerland, Belgium, Qatar, Kuwait, Lebanon and Algeria, and under the rules of various institutions.
He has developed specific knowledge of international construction disputes, especially in the Middle East, and regularly advises clients in the construction industry in claims preparation, settlement discussions and arbitration proceedings. He also advises foreign investors and international companies active in (francophone) Africa.
Bruno also represents states, foreign investors and companies in arbitration-related court proceedings, and advises Belgian and international clients on specific issues of conflicts of laws in non-contentious matters.
